Overview
This is an opportunity to kayak in the evening and enjoy the sunset at a beautiful beach. When we leave the beach we turn on the LED lights and "glow" as we paddle back to the launch area.

What To Expect
Join us for a truly unique experience as we paddle through the mangroves at Wiggins Pass in Naples. We'll enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico, Barefoot Beach Preserve and Wiggins Pass State Park. After we watch the sun go down we'll turn on our LED lights for an amazing experience as we light up the water beneath our clear kayaks looking for fish and other underwater creatures. Once you arrive at the launch location, one of our guides (Paul, Sean, Tommy or Jeff) will get you checked in. Then we'll give some basic paddle instructions and information about the tour ahead. We'll get you loaded up into your tandem clear kayak and off we go!

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- For safety reasons there is a weight limit is no more than 250 pounds per paddler. We also have a combined limit of no more than 425 pounds for both paddlers in a kayak.
- We use tandem kayaks designed for 2 people.
- This experience requires a minimum number of guests. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- Minimum age is 3 years old
- Weather conditions can change and evenings can be cool so please dress appropriately.
- This activity requires you to get into the water (about ankle deep) to get into and out of the kayak. We recommend water shoes or sandals.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

The maximum weight capacity for kayaking is 340 lbs / 154 kg.
Nov 2021No experience is necessary! Beginners are welcome on all of our kayak tours. Most of our guests have never been in a sea kayak before. Anyone in average physical condition may join a kayak tour. If you can hike or bike, you can paddle our sea kayaks. You do not need any swimming skills either.
The only prerequisite is a healthy spirit of curiosity and adventure.
Regardless of age or skill level you will find that our expeditions offer enough flexibility to make your experience with us safe and rewarding. We will show you proper sea kayaking technique and water safety before leaving the beach. And your expert guides will be with you throughout the adventure to give you pointers and improve your skills.
Sep 2022Your safety is Cool Naples‘s number one concern. In general, sea kayaking is safer than most other outdoor pursuits, even bicycling.
Jan 2023If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
